A Swing Bed (or Rehabilitation Bed) is a Medicare program designed to provide additional inpatient care to those needing extra time to heal or strengthen before returning home.

What is a Swing Bed program?

Our Services

Often the swing bed is used for patients who have had surgery such as hip surgery, joint replacement or any other major surgery.  Patients who need to recover from an episode of illness have the opportunity to fully recuperate before returning home.
